As we travel through this world
Well as we travel through this world
There’s not one of us that knows
What is in store for us
As we journey down the road
This journey sometimes pleasurable
Sometimes it seems all up hill
There are times we wish it were all over
And there is times it just stands still
Then there are times it seems so great
We would not trade it for anything
I guess it is because God says
That we will all be tried
And when the time comes, for us to pass on
We will be judged, before we enter his home
So try to live a good life, one not tattered and torn
For your life was spotless
On the day that you were born
Ask God for forgiveness
And pray each night
That all the ones you love will be protected
On this journey, we call life.
